Think we ever see boots from either show? MIA was pretty damn awesome

    I would settle for even an audience recording of MIA. the only show i have been to that i dont have some form of recording from.

    I've always thought and hoped MIA could be a vault release. It is one of a handful of shows within the last 10-15 years that has not been released, and it is a good length show (not too long/short). Still hoping that this comes true. Maybe a 96-ish vault next, then MIA - that would be fun.

    M.I.A. was surprisingly awesome - being a festival, I had kept my expectations low, but that weekend, and PJ set in particular were both phenomenal.

    I remember being specifically blown away by Save You, but in fairness, that happens every time I see it played live.

    I felt the same way. That was a surprisingly great festival (usually I skip the festivals) that was well run, and the show was excellent. Definitely beat my expectations. Im not sure we'll ever see the boot because of the fact that there was a documentary made about it. Who knows.

    25 songs, a full length wma which almost never happens, love reign, know your rights, save you, 99 problems, comatose, unemployable, the setlist was amazing for a festival. crowd was mostly pj fans so you got huge feedback from all them, its surprising a boot hasnt been released.

    was my first show and i was rail for it. would be awesome to finally get it lol. kind of a sad thought but it would be amazing if one day in the very far future when they call it quits for them to do a bootleg dump and all the ones they held back to finally let em out haha

    Yeah we have the GCF video but not for MIA. Was such a great show -- and the BK Variant is one of my prized posters, love it so much.

    same i have the mash up they had at the show, but to have the set would be incredible. they are awesome.. and the set was better for mia then global too but yet we get video for one and nothin for the other haha

    As a set, sure..... but the GCF Pendleton is one of my all time favorites, for me that's up there w/ my Cracker Jack as prized possessions go.

    My MIA mashup poster doesn't crack my top 5.

    ive been diyin to get my hands on a pendleton GC poster since i saw it at the shop that mornin.... i refuse to spend the money they are asking for on ebay for it though.. its one of the best they have done in a long time

    Future Vault releases... no question in my mind... might be 15-20 years from now, because i'm sure they plan on releasing material for the next 50+ years no matter what happens/// they have to hold back some material from every few years... they cant just release 90's shows forever... London 2013 is another recent example

    GCF was a blast, the show was good, but IMO, the setting is what made the night. As a Pearl Jam show, I agree..... it didn't really measure up to any others.

    your right 100%. central park on a nice fall night for a PJ show is what made it for me too. ill see em any chance i can dont get me wrong but out of the 7 its the bottom. cville, philly 2 with ten in full, mia, it just cant compete. id like to see them come out with at least a fan recording or video like gcf or somethin soon. was my first show too and i dont have that damn boot haha

    i forgot chris cornell was billed to open for drake that night but it fell through! would have been awesome to see temple of the dog that night

    I think you have your years mixed up, Beyoncé didn't perform at the 1st MIA.
