    How was Amanda Shires? Does Jason join her on any songs?

    She really puts on a fun show. She has her own band that she tours with so Jason didn't join her. If you haven't listened to any of her solo material, and you like folky/country type music or are a fan of Jason I would highly recommend her last 3 albums (Carrying Lightning, Down Fell the Doves, and My Piece of Land with Down Fell the Doves being my personal favorite). I just found out about her solo work a few months before I saw the shows and was amazed at how good the albums were. Her first solo record (Being Brave) is just fiddle music and her second has some good songs, but for me, Carrying Lightning onward are great albums.

    Pretty damn good. I saw them at the Richmond National which is pretty small so that was cool. Didn't play any Keys or anything. But his sound is so him, that there is a lot of overlap in style. The album was very good.
