I know this is a little belated.
But not really, in the timeline of great rock and roll.
Pearl Jam played for us in Saskatoon, Canada back in '05.
Capital of BFNW.
The band got together and did their best to learn the Canadian anthem,
"Running back to Saskatoon".
Most bands would just tell you that whatever city they were in was the best city they had been in. But not PJ.
This was a great sense of appreciation for our humble frozen existence that I know stirred alot of us crazy canucks. I want to send out my thanks to a hard working rock band that truly takes from all their experiences and throws it back us, beautifully.
We, fans, truly inspire this entity and, with fist straight up in the air, I just want to........... kill the comma. Just kidding. I love the comma.
Pearl Jam left a lasting impression on a lot of loyal Canadian fans that night.
Thank You Boys!!!
