It up for a decent price if you're in need.....

    Yeah I know :( lol, didn't know how else to show it. It was like $50 all week up until this morning so others obviously noticed it anyway

    I actually noticed the listing when it went up and thought this person clearly doesn't know what they have or are just having some fun...oh and I'll throw in a sealed Benny along with the Pearl Jam socks.

    I talked to the seller a few times through eBay and she clearly has no idea. She said she doesn't have a record player and used to be in the 10c so she just had them but needs to get rid of the items. I asked for the serial number on the binaural and it's the original.

    I just managed to "score" a like new "original" Avocado for $150 on eBay a few weeks ago - f-ing guy refunded my money asking me to send it to another paypal then after accepting my payment told me 'oops, its actually a blue vinyl' then went MIA when I asked for the refund. He had an Ames PJ20 poster on right after so I hope nobody else got screwed as I saw it did sell. eBay couldn't do anything about it because I paid - stupidly - outside of eBay without thinking.

    I found him on Facebook - dude quoted scripture and PJ. I blitzed him on that- some nerve to steal let alone from a fan.

    Also had his phone number - out of service already. Never seen such an elaborate scam over vinyl!!!

    Yup - it was sent Friends and Family so they can't do anything. In fact, they even tell you if you send it to the wrong email, there isn't anything you can do other than contact the person you sent it to.

    I'm telling you - I didn't give a thought to it - just sent it along like a dumbass because I've never been screwed by a fan. I appreciate the help here though. I tried opening up a case on eBay again - had to go a different route since they have the purchase registered as refunded and, hence, closed.

    Purchased Avocado on eBay
    Paid 1st payment via Paypal business
    was refunded
    Sent 2nd payment via Paypal friends and family
    Screwed.

    ^^ yep. try this. not sure what you have, but amex is pretty good with taking the hits. Sucks you can't catch the scumbag, but I'm sure someone will take care of him
