I wouldn't complain, but they played Pemberton (Vancouver Area), Toronto, Ottawa, and Quebec last year. What are the odds of them playing the same places two years in a row? If they don't, I really don't see a tour of the smaller places... IE a Prairies/Atlantic only tour.. lol.

First international show was here.. yah :) Everytime I walk past Harpo's (I forget what it's called now) I wonder what it would of been like to see AIC/PJ play there. I didn't hit 19 until years after the bar show era. The only way I could ever see them playing here would be a warmup or something. The Tragically Hip maxed capacity out at the arena with 8000(ish) people. That was everything. Minimal stage setup so they could sell the tickets all around the arena. It's a record I imagine could be tied but would be difficult to beat. I think GM Place holds something like 18000 people. They make more money doing a single show in places like Vancouver than playing more shows in smaller places like Victoria. If we were ever going to get a show I would of thought it would of been the '05 tour. That was a pretty thorough Canadian Tour. They played a number of cities smaller than Victoria (Saskatoon, St. John's, Halifax etc..). Unfortunately they never came here. I'm 25 shows in and I've never once seen the band play somewhere I lived... lol.

Yes please! A few shows at the Halifax Rebecca Cohn Theatre would be awesome!!

A dozen shows here in Atlantic Canada should be in order. I wonder how many folks from the USA made the move to Cape Breton after hearing Trump won.

5 years. I was thinking yesterday "well, Trump's presidency won't be THAT long....it will probably be longer until the next time I see Pearl Jam!".
