Poster Framing Question

I am looking to frame about 5 posters and do not want to spend 300-500 per poster to get it professionally done. I have not framed anything in quite some time, but when I went to frame my Edmonton 11 on American Frames it was like $150.00. I guess my questions are, does that sound right cost wise? Is there a better place to go? What else do I need besides a Mat and frame? Honestly, I have no idea what I am doing any help would be greatly appreciated. I have some nice valuable posters that I do not want laying around anymore. Thanks in advance!!
