So here's the thing, are you ready? LEAKED does not mean the same as stolen. LEAKED means that someone on the inside or a trusted party to the inside, voluntarily let the information out. Stolen means someone took it, without authorization, just took it. Kind of like Tricky Dick and Agnew, Spiro. They just decided that to destroy their political rivals, during a campaign for president, they would authorize a break in of Democrat headquarters.
