    Awesome. Thanks for the link.

Maybe would have waited to do this until they win the world series. To now lose, would hurt even more.

I would have hoped they would rest up but I'm not a pro baseball player so what do I know. Gotta enjoy the good times as much as you can.

When is the bootleg going to up in goods?
    This weekend we rock Portland
  • That's awesome. They did the same thing after winning the Cardinals series at home last year. Let's make it a yearly tradition!

This. The party in the locker room that was shown on TV looked as if they were celebrating a WS win. I've been a Cubs fan since I was a child, but was thinking that maybe they were going a little too hard. I know it's been a while, but there are four more games to win.

Champaign is always poured in locker rooms on clinching games...the way I see it gives them a taste..the game was days away anyway..play and party hard or go home!!!

Nah. They haven't even made it this far in 71 years. It's a big fucking deal no matter what happens from here.

    Celebrate

Celebrate and enjoy each round as if it were the world series. There's no guarantee even as the best team that you win the next round. A lot of luck goes into winning the title. As a Philadelphia fan I speak from experience. For seven years we had a really good team and three or four of those years had dominant best in baseball type teams. However, we won it the year we probably had our worst team of those years with our worst pitchers. Same with Eagles. Many Championship rounds with one super bowl appearance. Gotta just enjoy it. I'm pretty sure that the players can get over their hangovers in three or four days.

We had a garage full of people celebrating. Got so loud the cops came (fireworks may have been to blame). First time in our lives seeing the childhood dream come true -even just making it to the series. Celebrate the win and hope to celebrate again!

I love sports misery, may the Cubs have another Bartman incident or Buckner equivalent. That would be hilarious.
