Ten club response time

I am still a bit of a newbie around here. How soon can I expect a response on an email I sent the ten club? It's been a little over a week now and it's about a sold out item that wasn't sent to me so I'm scared I won't get taken care of. I first followed the support link on pearl Jam. Com and didn't hear back so i wrote shipping@tenclub.net Thanks. also want to say this is the first time I've ever been sent the wrong thing. #10clubrocks

    Can you chime in here, Kat? I honestly don't know what the best email address is for a question like this. I'm fairly certain I've received responses from both support@ and info@. Give them a little more time would be my best advice.

    The last time I had a communication episode with 10C I sent the email to info@tenclub.net and they got back to me in 5 days.

    Have you tried calling? Can't really get a better response time than that, unless they don't answer.

    If I recall correctly I believe Santos once posted he receives ~1,000 emails during a typical business day and with all the recent sales that number likely has increased dramatically. You may have to exercise more patience than usual.
    To quote the 10C from Newsletter #8: "Please understand we have a lot of members and it is very hard to please everybody. If you are one of those unhappy people...please call 1-900-IDN-TCAR."

    I'd just send a politely worded email explaining you contacted them over a week ago and you're concerned because it is a sold out item. I've done this before and they got back to me pretty soon after. As the person above says, with so many big orders going out they will be really busy at the moment which likely explains the delay.
