I don't consider myself a slave or a nigger or any other derogatory term. I certainly feel for any of my sisters who do.
*edit - feel I should edit; this was borne of the concept of being a "bitch" due to circumstances - and really, gender aside, who hasn't walked a tough road? - but in actuality, in this space of me and mine, it's about just being me and as strong / weak as my path has required.
