Anyone else considering doing this? I would hate to even think about it because the markup really is unbelievable but at this point that might be the only way to go.
I have my flight and hotel out to Seattle in hand but unfortunately I can't get a hold of a single.
So I'm thinking of of pulling the trigger on this but I noticed the markup for a single is way worse than two tix together. That said, would anyone be interested in splitting a pair for the Sunday night show, might save $200 that way...

See if the seller will take money once you two get inside, or at least accompany you to the gate. Two ideas:
1) "Seller, will you come with me to the gate? As soon as the ticket is verified, I will pay you and go in."
--- Should the ticket be fake, you can easily point the guy out to event staff.
2) "Seller, will you accept my money once we are both inside?"
-- Any true fan with a real ticket won't have any issues with this.
If they say yes to either of these, you know they're a legit seller. There are too many scalpers selling fake tickets, especially for big shows. You can almost guarantee the counterfeits will be out in force.
