I might prefer to read the proposal in whole first without the opinion to skew what my understanding might be.

I work in public health and you'd be surprised how many people think that something like this should be done whenever there's some kind of outbreak. It's completely unrealistic.

Thank you....sorry for any false alarm. In all honesty, its hard to tell what is real and what is not these days. Anyone who can be absolutely sure of what is going on with politics and what not is fooling themselves. I don't know anything about red flag news. I was just doing a favor for a friend. You guys are way more experienced than I on what reputable sources to go by. Thank you for the time to look it over.

    peace & love
Turn on C-Span. It is the only source of information I listen to on a daily basis. That and NPR and PBS News Hour. Between those three sources, I do feel "absolutely sure what is going on in politics" because of their emphasis on primary sources and long-form reporting. They frequently point me to good reading for deeper information.

I hardly even read online articles unless they're from a previously established/reputable print source from back in the day. I reject all other info-tainment. The 24 hour news cycle has ruined journalism. I will occasionally click on what's "trending" on Facebook to see what all the idiots are talking about, but I take no stock in the sensationalism.

Your point is taken, though. It isn't easy to be so confident, and it certainly isn't as exciting.
