Sorry to hear that. If it makes you feel any better, I just received my last poster about 2 weeks ago. But the dude had a lot going on in his life, so it was totally understandable. I can't imagine anyone would intentionally be trying to rip you off, my guess would just be with busy lives, it's sometimes easy to forget. It honestly took me 6 months to send out some Pemberton stickers to some members. I was sending them for free just to be nice, but I kept forgetting or getting caught up with work/family.
