Yield's butt (backside)

Is there an album with a stronger side 2 than Yield, by anyone? Ever?

For me, Cat Stevens' Teaser and the Firecat is up there, along with Road to Ruin by the Ramones, maybe the self-titled Clash. I'm just not sure it gets any better than DTE, (red dot), MFC, Low Light, Push Me Pull Me, In Hiding, All Those Yesterdays (and Hummus). I feel like any other band would kill to have the Side A of their Greatest Hits be this good. This band is so freaking good, and we're lucky they're good at sharing.

    Sorry, but Binaural by far has the best B side. Even if Insignificance were counted on side A. Push me Pull Me weakens Yield.

    Agree totally. Feel that way about a lot of lost dogs actually.

    Are we talking "B-Sides" or "Side B Songs". :)

    B-Side to me...is the B-Side of a single. Like Given to Fly is the single, and Leatherman is the B-Side.

    I dont think of Do the Evolution as a b-side.

    Love Binaural start to finish. REALLY love Grievance, Sleight of Hand and Soon Forget. But I still prefer the A side. I think I might actually prefer Yield's flip side.

    I almost included Revolver, but still felt like Side A is where the album really shines. The ones I mentioned are unique to me because I really loved their backsides ;)

    I know it's an ep but the b side of guns and roses lies is amazing. Some of their best stuff.

    I'm not a fan of Ten or No Code, but by the op text I reckon he doesn't consider those besides solid, my fave album is Vitalogy (spelled V-I-T-A-L-O-G-Y), and Whipping, Corduroy, Satan's Bed, Better Man and Immortality, of course there are weird stuff such as Pry, To, and heyfoxyhandlemopmama (or PJ's Revolution Nº9), but you don't consider that solid? Aye Davanita kick ass, and Bugs it's a masterpiece, but to each it's own...

    But let's take your word, and apart from many mentined about by other forum members, you can try with INXS's Kick, Placebo's Black Market Music and/or Without You I'm Nothing, Depeche Mode's Black Celebration, Violator, SOFAD and/or Music For The Masses, and, of course, any album by Megadeth or Iron Maiden from the 80's

    Yah I don't often listen to the live side, but the other side with the acoustic songs.. it's epic. Especially patience and used to love her :)
