KAABOO Festival Three Day Pass - FS Below Face or FT for Vinyl

So I have a three day pass to the Kaaboo festival (Jack Johnson, Avett Brothers, Lenny Kravitz, Aerosmith, Snoop, Jimmy Buffet, etc. etc.) in San Diego 9/16-9/18 and now I can't go. Bought it on the early bird so after taxes paid $260. Willing to sell for $220 (tha's the lowest price on stubhub) or would do a trade for something of comparable value to the $220 or would do a trade + cash combo.

I'm not in the poster market any more (ran out of wall space and wife's patience)

Mother Love Bone
Pearl Jam - Solider Field (original mint green)
Soundgarden - Superunknown
NIN - The Fragile
or other cool Pearl Jam stuff

I'd also be down to trade for SONOS components
