  • ummm, so I am gonna refund all my sales and have a do-over... and I thought $140 was a little steep...

To each their own I say. However, I can't wait to see these in person, when they arrive, as my show print is gorgeous!

my thoughts exactly, it's awesome. personally I'm trying to cut back to show attended posters only. happy wife = happy life and all that. the one you mentioned though is tough to ignore even though I was nowhere near boston.
I'm a lucky man to count on both hands the ones I love.

I'd guess because the Thomas print blows the other 5 Fenway prints away, that it has killed the demand for the others. Where at Wrigley the quality of the group as a whole seems a lot higher. At least to me.

The main reason is probably these were abundantly available at Fenway and were not hard to get, so it gives the perception of not being as desirable. I waited in a line for all of 5 minutes and there were plenty available. Faile was really hard to get at Wrigley. Like it or not, that's how many people's opinions are formed, even if they don't realize/aren't willing to admit it.

In terms of the print itself, I didn't like the combination of colours. Also think the playing card design has been done one too many times, and I don't really see anything particularly tied to Fenway in the design.

Since I was able to get the show edition, I didn't feel like I needed the AP (as I was saving to grab some others, yours included).

Regarding the Faile, I love their work so I had to have the AP, no question about it.

Faile's paintings and scupture are in art museums, they show in america & europe.
The pj posters seem inexpensive from the other work they sell.

Yeah. I think it's a special poster from a special concert weekend. The formula for a artist to make 85 grand like this probably won't happen all that often. Good for him/her/them though.

Now that FAILE has completed their online artist sale, the only remaining retail availability of this poster is going to be here in the shop. Please be aware that this poster is going to do nothing but skyrocket in price in the near and distant future.

The days of this being less than $100 are quickly passing and it is already going into the $150 price range on eBay. If you miss out when they go on sale here, don't say you weren't forewarned.

I'm still a little skeptical on how high this can settle at. Only because it appeared on the surface that a lot more of these Faile posters were printed than other recent rare gems like Cracker Jack, Moline or Pittsburgh.

I just hope that it will drop here soon. Should have bought it at the show. I had the A/P in the cart and decided to pass on it in hopes of the 10c drop. I just wish we knew when to expect it.

I have no desire to own this. I think it is kind of ugly. The dog really bothers me too.

Hey Brad, if you have any left over AP or variants sitting around lonely, feel free to send either or both my way... Got the show edition, but it's not so special without your name written on it. If not no worries. Can't hurt to ask. Thanks.

I've said this in other threads but I really don't get the appeal for this poster. And I definitely wouldn't put it in the same category as Cracker Jack, Moline, or Pittsburgh.
