Line jumpers

So, I waited in line for over 3hrs and as I was waiting to be next in line two guys walked in the exit door of the tent. Everybody starting throwing a fit. And we got them thrown out. They where pissed off. Telling everybody there going to be waiting outside, and kick everybody asses. What would make them think there intitled to not have wait in line like everybody else?
