Green fenway women's jersey--completely sewn wrong?

My wife just tried on the jersey I got for her at fenway. It is completely sewn wrong. It is lopsided...the longer back hangs down the side. Anyone else discover this? can ten club help me?

    Are you talking about the green t shirt? My wife's is the same way, I think that's intentional.

    Regardless, they don't do exchanges or returns, even if defective. I saw some signs saying to inspect your merch before completing the sale.

    I have one of the letterman hoodies I paid $70 for and it's is flat out missing one of the pockets, craziest thing I've even seen. I already emailed 10c and they told me they have nothing to do with tour merch and to contact pearljam@tsurt.com

    I've emailed and been blowing up their twitter for a week now with zero response so far. They have one more week and I'm doing a charge back.

    Yes, it is kinda unwearable outside a ballpark with that longer back... I'm planning on sewing it with a standard hem when I got home.

    Good luck getting any help from MrTsurt. I emailed them to complain about my 2014 PJ winter hat falling apart and got no response. It's kind of shitty that Ten Club passes the buck on the shitty merch.

    that is the problem....my wife's is sewn so the long part is on the side...it is totally screwed up
