Wrigley 2013 was an experience, but it did suck that they had to cut the set short, especially because when a set gets cut, it's always the rarities that go (fucking Other Side!?).

They have a buffer for Saturday this time. I think if it's like last time, they would push the show until Sunday. That wasn't an option last time because there was another concert on Sunday.

No chance of moving it back. I like how people think it's just a quick change on moving the date back one day.
It's not optimal, but I don't see how it's impossible.
I don't see either and I Think that's why the space between shows was put like that. I mean they have to pay all the Wrigley crew/employees etc to work on Sunday, but really it seems like they would have been warned it was a possibility.

Flying in Thursday, but have to fly out Sunday for work Monday am, expecting to be disappointed. Fingers crossed. I also had tickets to Raleigh so I'm saying that the PJ gods can't be that against me.

Haha this is pretty much my scenario. Had tix to Raleigh (did also go to Columbia) and can't go to Wrigley 2, only Wrigley 1. Flying out Sunday. Please no storms.

Oh man. It's like deja vu (except I'm not sweating it personally this time). I feel like I read this thread 3 years ago! ...... FWIW, the weather reports this far out in 2013 were pretty spot on. It happened exactly like they said and everybody feared it would. :worried: Nevertheless, weather can change on a dime!

Chicago weather is so erratic and hard to predict. Today on my way to work the weather app (Wunderground) said cloudy with rain. I'm sitting in my office in downtown Chicago right now with sunny skies and very few clouds. There is still hope. The worst thing that happens is it's a delay like 2013. Here's hoping...
    Cincinnati 00'
    Cleveland 03'
    Pittsburgh 03'
    Cincinnati 06'
    Chicago 08' (EV Into the Wild 1 & 2)
    Chicago 09' (1 & 2)
    Chicago 11' (EV Uke 1 & 2)
    East Troy 11' (PJ20 1 & 2)
    Chicago 13' (Wrigley)
    Brooklyn 13' (1 & 2)
    Moline 14' (No Code)
    Milwaukee 14' (Yield)
    Chicago 16" (Wrigley 1 & 2)

Summer storms or not... I flew through Ohare once and it was the worst airport experience I ever had. I decided never again after that trip and have only used Midway for the 4 trips I've taken to Chicago since.

peeps, please remember than flights get delayed and cancelled. It might be smarter to fly to an airport with more daily flights from your home area in case your selected flight gets cancelled.

    Midway orange
    Ohare blue
    Both train rides away.
Midway is the easier of the two airports hands down.
