Looks like will be clear by showtime.

The issue now is anyone flying in the next few hours. I'm in the air now after a 2 hour delay on the runway, anything coming or going to Chicago looks to be at least 2 hours delayed. Hopefully things clear up and planes can make up time in the air. But we have to fly an extra 40 minutes around the weather than originally planned. Things can get back logged. Hoping everyone makes it in ok. Fingers crossed.

Thanks. Our traveling party is split between wanting to eat pizza and wanting to get to Wrigley right now. This should satisfy both.

It was fucking perfect all weekend!!!!

Yes perfect!! completely soaking rain while I stood in merch in the morning, then I got slightly sunburned while sitting in the GA line in the afternoon and immediately upon hitting the pit again a few minutes of POURING rain. Actually the rain might have been more of a heavy shower but bc I happened to be positioned exactly at the edge of the overhang of the stage so it was as if buckets were being poured in our heads for a few minutes!! Hilarious actually bc none of us were about to move! The weather for the show was perfect and that's what really matters.

I don't know where you were at on Saturday, but there was nothing slight about those showers. (Storms x 3.) Ask @shetellsherself. We were ready to set our oars to water in the merch line!

and my friend (who had 10C TICKETS IN HIS NAME) got his flight cancelled with about 2 hours notice.. luckily he scrambled and found a flight at an airport an hour away and just beat the buzzer!

easy to say it was no problem now, but we all got LUCKY that the forecast "moved up" in time, because those storms were originally slated for nighttime. even EV was stressing it a few days prior..

Ha! So true. Even the combination of poncho and umbrella couldn't keep me dry and then of course I figured the rain was done so didn't take my poncho inside with me so I was absolutely soaked through again in the pit. Oh well

I agree completely. I kept getting weather texts from 10c buddies here. I kept hearing, "Wrigley 2013 all over again." :worried: The weather broke JUST in time and . . . it was a beautiful night.

Getting settled into the GA pit and hit with marble-sized raindrops was the funniest "F You" weather I ever witnessed. Thank god it was only for 5 minutes.
