Main account email response time

Hi, sorry if this is not the place to ask...

I have an issue with my account name in the main site. I sent an email on Aug 2nd and have not gotten a resolution or even a response, Is this a normal wait time? The incorrectly assigned name will affect my ability to pick up tickets on Aug 22nd... I guess I'm going a little crazy...

    Really though, it seems like a shitload of issues have arisen since the site changed. Would be nice / appreciated to get updates on fixes!
