Wife is pregnant - Queue the PJ/Cubs Indoctrination

Just found out from the doctor that Wrigley weekend will be the first time my child will be able to hear! Now, I'm hoping for a nice "All the Way" sing along, with 30,000 + fans!! Gotta get this kid started out on the right foot, or ear!

I'll make sure my wife has her PJ/MusicCares earplugs in.. Lol.... Not sure it works that way, but we'll think of something! Right now, I'm hoping that a stomach and amniotic fluid do the trick.

My parents tried with both God and the Cubs! For some reason, the Cubs stuck..... Sunday mass, not so much. So, I figure if I try with PJ and the Cubs, one has to stick!

Congrats OP! My wife is pregnant as well, but won't be at the Wrigley shows. She was already pregnant when we were at the Hampton show earlier this year....she's not a huge PJ fan so didn't expect her to come to this one too.

Thank you! Congrats to you as well. My wife is also not the biggest PJ fan, but I go with her to NOFX and Lawrence Arms shows - works as a pretty good trade off. However, we had won tickets to both Wrigley shows, and originally weren't going Monday night, but on the drive home from Greenville she says "you know, we have to go to both Wrigley shows now." So maybe she's starting to become a bigger fan.

This little tiny life will wield more control, throw you more than you can handle at times, but most importantly will make you fall in love in a way you've never felt before and from the day she/he is born you will never be the same person again. A 'switch' gets turned on and never gets turned off to so speak.

Thank you! And no doubt..... Chicago, even though I didn't get the pleasure of growing up there, has always been my favorite city - to put my two favorite past times of PJ music and going to Wrigley Field together - it's like an alignment if the stars.
