Punk Covers from the Old Tours

Long time fan, first time caller. I've searched the forums and associated web sites that host the old shows, but I can't seem to find any of the shows that had the good punk covers.
Specifically, I'm looking for when PJ played Rancid's "Time Bomb" and "Hyena" on 9-22-98 and 9-23-98. I'm also looking for the best performance of Fugazi's "Suggestion" from the 91-92 tour (I know they played this song as an "interlude," so I'm looking for the best one that stands on its own).
Although not punk, AC/DC's "Dirty Deeds" form the SF show on 5/13/93 would be worth a listen (PJ played "Girl's Just Want to Have Fun" at the same show--ha!). Any recording of "Smells Like Teen Spirit" from the 91 tour would be awesome. And finally, The Doors' "Love Me Two Times" on 5-26-00 at the Spain show would be super-cool as well.
