Fenway screening - what if someone who won now can't go?

I won. Planning on going but just got a call from work and have to deal with a major issue that may prevent me from going. If I ultimately can't make it, how do I alert 10C to avoid the negative mark? Or is the mark inevitable?

    Def let them know. Even if you do get the neg......at least you did what you could.
