you think the demand for both shows were equal? im only going sunday, im hoping the demand was higher for friday, sometimes sunday nite concerts arent as hot a ticket cuz people work the next day. but thats probably just wishful thinking on my part for these shows.

I've seen a lot more seats available for Sunday compared to Friday so I agree with you

For those who have been to Fenway recently for a show....do you happen to remember how the seat numbers on the field go? Lowest seat# next to lower section#, etc?

Thank you. I couldn't see the seat numbers but not that big of a deal. Cannot wait for tomorrow!

That seatgeek link does not show seat numbers. On the turf the sections go right to left ( A1 rightmost and A7 leftmost ). Do the seat numbers also go right to left on the turf ?

There's a +/- icon in the top right hand corner of the screen. You should be able to zoom in there.

My assumption is yes, because i am in the 20s in A1/15, and it doesnt look like there are that many seats in the section.

Sorry about that. Based on a the Tom Petty show I went to a couple of years ago, the seats did start at seat 1 on the left of each section.

That seating chart is deceiving. The stage isn't as wide as it shows. It's pretty much goes from A3 to A5

so true. I'm in NYC. My # gets me very close to the front in places like northern Florida and other similar areas. But the thing to do is to try and see them in Europe. I had front row a few times back in I think 2000. Also, everybody is traveling on the same trains and staying at the same Hostels. Great experience!

I'm happy. As others have said, Boston is popular, so it's hard to get real close to the stage.

For those of you around Fenway now, they are starting a sound check!!! Yes, it's Thursday at 6 pm but we're in our hotel in a room facing Fenway, and we've been hearing guitar chords. When we picked up our tickets a few minutes ago Fenway staff said they were going to have a sound check.

436,XXX (my wife's 10C number). Field Box 6. Have to admit we are disappointed. Still incredibly excited for the show though!

Hey, i am just ahead of you on 10c # and right beside you on the field tmrw night, my first reaction was woah, wtf happened. I am coming around to having a better sight line/vantage point and sacrificing the distance, that said, if i can trade up to B section, i am doing so. either way, we will have a blast for sure.

I've been saying this forever. Everyone wants to see them in Boston.
What about us long time Boston natives that made it fun for them to play in Boston to begin with?
