Bootlegs manufacturing

The 2006 bootlegs were never released on CD so I was contemplating the idea of "manufacturing" a few a these shows I attended to have them on CD in a nice package. I also purchased a few albums that were digital only and would like to have them in a case or digipack with proper artwork.
So i looked online, plenty of options but usually large quantities. Has anyone ever attempted this? Any recommendation?
