the curfew sucks i think by the end of the show the band would have loved to play longer and it felt like the show ended really abruptly too

by far the worst venue of the tour. 11 pm curfew? what is this, junior high?

Yes it does suck, and of course this is the reason they didn't play here in 2004 or 2006. I think Great Woods is a great venue acoustically, and I enjoy seeing shows there. But unfortunately the area isn't zoned well as there is a residential area - well pretty much all around it!

For most venues in this country there is a soft curfew of 11pm and a hard curfew of 11:30pm. I think because of last time PJ played here, Live Nation made sure that the show ended promptly at 11.

My prediction for Monday night's show is they will play until 11:30 and will totally rock our socks off!

the curfew thing wouldn't even be a problem if they started the show an hour ealier. The band knew about the curfew before they booked the show, so why not go on at 7:45 instead of 8:45?

I agree. And consider that it was a Saturday, meaning that the majority of people don't work, so you don't really piss anybody off if you start just 30 min earlier.

But it's apparently so obvious to state this that maybe we are underestimating other issues beyond our understanding.
