Hard tickets to TOTD in hand already?

There are two listings on ebay for TOTD tickets to Philly and San Fran, by the same seller. Auction notes "hard tickets, in hand, ready to ship."

Can someone explain how one would already have hard tickets?

Ticketmaster is mailing out tickets from the presale that was last week, I got a shipping confirmation for the show I'm going to a few days ago.

Seattle and MSG have delivery delays in place until 8/12, but I'm not seeing that for the other shows.

Most likely paid extra for UPS delivery.

san fran was available to print right after purchase as well

Not sure when they started doing it for free, but all but 1 of my 15 sets of voucher tickets were mailed free also. These tickets were for San Fran.

Friend got Philly & MSG tickets from the Pre-Sale, and was charged $5.00 for each order to have them mailed.

I'm not really sure why they started allowing me to get them with no shipping, but I just double checked to make sure. They might just be charging me more in fees, but definitely no shipping fees.
Hopefully, I get the chance to find out again tomorrow!!!

This pretty much answers it. Thanks everybody for all the help. I snagged two for MSG and saw they wouldn't be available until Aug. 12. And when I was purchasing the tickets, I saw no option for hard tickets, only e-tickets. I guess I could have missed a hard-ticket option in my rush to get the purchase confirmed before time expired. Thanks again everyone!!!
