West Palm and Tampa Shows

I have been a member since '04 and FINALLY got tix for the WPB and Tampa show via the Tenclub!! I have never been to the venue in West Palm, can anyone tell me what to expect with the seats? (Going to the show in Tampa as well. Seen PJ there in '00 and '03 but never had good seats). Thanks.

    I'm wondering the same thing (going to same 2 shows). I joined in 05 and my Ten Club seats in 06 in Chicago sucked for both shows (kind of figured because huge fan club presence here).

    I'm hoping that there isn't a big fan club presence in WPB or Tampa so that we get some better seats.

    Since WPB is an outdoor venue, I'm always just happy to not be way up on the lawn (god the lawn at Alpine Valley in 03 was the worst...insane steep, couldn't even see the monitors)

    There really arent any bad seats in the place (The Lawn is a little far though).
    I love this ampitheater, you'll enjoy it. its easy to get a beer, take a piss, and sounds great.

    it's a nice venue esp when the weather cooperates.
    of course, the front three sections ... 1,2 and 3 are where you want to be ;)

    I may have asked this before, but are there any chances that we will be on the lawn with 10c tix?

    you can smoke anything in the lawn... the people are cooler...its a party up there before the show starts.. people layed out drinking on blankets...


    i would be mad if i had to sit in general seating. they cant do anything down there and its CRAMPED

    checked ticketbastard last night and all thats left for wpb is lawn...i cannot wait for this show!

    dont know the tampa venue, anyone know how it compares to west palm?

    tampa does not compare to west palm.. its an arena built for hockey... theres three levels and if you get stuck on the third level... you will be able to see everything real good...but its not as intimate as west palm..

    still great show obviously but west palm is the place.

    For those of you using Ticketmaster; I once decided to drive up to Tampa last minute, the very day of the show. I went to the box office about a half hour before the show started and got FRONT ROW tickets (not floor, but off to the side, feet from Mike). PJ often arrange this so that scalpers don't stand a chance.

    Even so, I still would never risk showing up to a PJ show without tickets. But if you have shitty seats, check the box office the day of the show.
