Yep quality band...saw them live last year at Chester live rooms , UK and they were great. First saw them in a small venue called quicksilver mail, Yeovil in around 92 before they broke through, remember them being really friendly ....got most of there albums, but regard there first Replenish as there best...check out choose to live...great song...

Flipping love Reef! I've seen them a bunch of times over the years dating back to 1999.... mainly because they are one of the few great bands that seem to regularly play in my home county of Cornwall (probably because of the surfing!). After Pearl Jam they are probably the next band that I have seen the most live.

They've been lying low for quite a few years, but they recently got a new guitarist.... which was a bit of a coup for them as it's Jesse Wood (son of Ronnie Wood) and husband of Fearne Cotton, and seem to be trying to get back into the limelight a bit more, with a few recent TV and radio appearances, and a new album on the way (first in about 15 years).

I've met Gary and Jack a couple of times when they have played solo or as their Stringer-Bessant duo (also worth checking out BTW), and they are really nice, down to earth guys.

Heard quite a bit of the new material live last year and it sounded great, so hoping the new album should be pretty good. :-)

I saw them last week at Vicars Picnic Festival. They were absolutely brilliant, as always.

Seen them plenty of times down the years and they're always superb. They get an excellent sound no matter where they play. They also seem to be having more fun than anyone in the crowd!

Replenish and Glow are the best of their albums, while Rides and Lucky Number 5 are both very good as well. Getaway is the fifth best of the five, but it's still a good spin.
