Kufala Comes Through!!

i just got off the phone with kufala customer service. i had ordered bonnaroo and got disc 3 from washington with the first two bonnaroo discs. they are going to send me my missing bonnaroo disc 3 plus the first two discs from the washington show with the washington case. i am stoked that they handeled this mistake so awesomely! KUDOS TO KAFALA!

    I received all 13 boots today w/ no mistakes or scratches, so I'm pretty happy.

    i had sent them 2 emails in the last week and hadn't gotten a reply, so i decided to finally call the phone number on the receipt. they answered the phone promptly and told me that my new package would be sent out today and i should have it by wednesday. excellent customer service!!!!

    they definitely have good customer service. they handled my problems very efficiently as well.

    i got my DC boot last week and it sounds fucking top notch. what is with people freaking out about the sound? seriously. i've bought shows from them before and they are ear candy.

    Same here. Sucks just had a 4 day weekend but have to go back today with 13 boots to rip/listen to!

    yeah, they are giving me the washington show for free, because of their mix up. they sure know how to make a customer happy!! : )

    Better then the people that can't wait patiently for their orders to be processed, so they call the company and complain.

    they did the same thing for me. very nice.

    yea, they messed up my bonnaroo order as well.....i only recieved 1 of the 2 copies of the show and disc 2 was replaced with MSG 1 - disc 2....

    i emailed them through their site and 2 days later i got a reply saying they shipped me 2 new copies of the roo show and they told me to keep the defective one....

    top notch service....the rest of the boot orders were perfect....

    only still waiting on the 2 mansfield shows in one order....

    called friday about checking on my boots.

    shipped em right out.

    i hope their customer service would be good when they have messed up as much as they have regarding these boots, from what people have said

    I'm happy for you guys. I'm not happy for me though.

    They shipped my MSG 1 on July 18th, and as of today (July 31st) I haven't received it yet.

    The shipping address was fine, since the MSG 2 that they shipped on July 19th came in 5 days. What did they do with my MSG 1??

    I left a message on the website about a week ago.... no answer.
    I tried to phone today... no answer.

    I don't feel like their customer service is that good, sorry.
    Makes me ache, makes me shake...

    Just wnat to throw a thumbs up for these guys ... nice to deal with on the phone.

    My NYC 2 case came with DC disks in it. I sent them an e-mail, no repsonse, read this thread, and thanks for the tip on calling.

    They are shipping me the NYC 2 set and disk 3 for Washington ... told me to keep disks 1 and 2 for DC ... the guy stated dealing with all the hassles of me shipping back, wasn't fair to me for their mix up.

    I thought it was pretty damn nice.
