Anyone own this? Been considering picking it up...saw that it was a Music On Vinyl pressing and they usually do a great job. Just curious what some people who have heard it thought.

I really hope they do "Secret Samadhi" and "The Distance to Here"

We have the CD kicking around here somewhere. Forgot all about it. I'll have to look it up and give it another listen. Sorry. It's been years.

Its very well done by MOV. Only complaints really could be the packaging/artwork quality but that really is nitpicking.
Def pick one up. There are a couple diff versions I believe, black or copper versions.
And so you see, I have come to doubt

Awesome! Good to know....I've noticed the artwork of some of the 90s album pressings is a little soft/pixellated. I imagine the graphic artists that designed them originally created them only big enough for CDs without much consideration for it being blown up much larger. Just my theory...

One of the best albums of the 90's. Strong argument for THE best.

You would need a incredibly strong argument. I don't think Ive seen it on any top 100 list of best 90s albums.

I enjoyed this album alot (even have the original pressing from the 90s), but its pretty dated now. Probably due to overplay.

  • Every song on the LP is awesome. No skipping tracks. Now that's rare IMO.

I liked it at the time, have a cassette around here somewhere. Makes me want to give it a play.

I find a lot of 90s albums have slightly poor MOV covers like they don't have access to the original artwork and have scanned it from something.

I was actually surprised that this band is still going after 30 years albeit with a new singer.

Have this album blasting out at the moment and enjoying it. I always thought they shared a similar sound to PJ on Throwing Copper.

My copy just showed up. Can't wait to spin it! I actually think the sleeve has a nice, extra glossy look to it when a lot of records have a more flat finish.
