Question about the General Admission about San Fran. Since the Bill Graham is totally GA, will there be any seating on the floor, or is it just in the balcony? Is the floor just open space?

I assume there will be no assigned seats with the General Admission since the entire show was sold that way, am I off base?

I have been to a number of GA shows at Bill Graham Civic Auditorium. There has never been any seating on the floor...the only seating circles the stage on the second level....and those seats will be GA as well...if you need or want to sit...get there early enough to snag one of those seats...you definitely do not want to get there late and be in the back of the floor...not a huge venue, but there is no rise and those back standing positions can feel like you are a million miles away....

Still trying to keep hope alive for one or two tickets to MSG...
  • For anyone who is still wondering about shipment from the TOTD website, this was their reply to me:

"This order is a pre-order. The 2LP is shipping on 11/11/2016.
We are not split shipping the orders.
Please check the website for more details."

I ordered the Super Deluxe version plus the LP set. Guess I don't get anything until November...

$20 for the 2 disc version. Add a dvd of videos you can see on youtube and a blu ray audio disc and it becomes $130. Seems a bit odd. Went with the 2 disc version.

Actually it's not a bluray audio disc.... that's how bad that advertised it.. the bluray disc has HD versions (and upconverts for non hd material) of all the videos on the dvd. It's basically a bluray version of the dvd. Still that's a $110 dollar bluray.. wtf?

I'm looking to trade a pair of MSG tickets (Section 217, Row 1, Seat 18-19) for a pair of Philly night 1 tickets (preferably floor). Like an idiot, I bought MSG without looking at the date and we have to work in DC on election day, so unfortunately it won't work for us. I think there would be a price difference between our MSG tickets and Philly floor tickets, so I'm happy to trade part cash, part MSG tickets. If we get no trade offers, I'll likely be straight selling the MSG tickets, so PM me if anyone is interested and I'll follow up in a couple weeks when I have everything sorted out. Thanks, guys!

I've been pretty disappointed with the 2 disc version. I wanted the dvd, but didn't buy it because of the price. I'm really kinda glad I didn't now. In the end, I will probably listen to the original version, and just put the 2 disc version on the shelf.

The email says we will get a tracking number when they ship and to contact them if not received by 10/24. I don't recall any info other than that.

... We’re very busy with our band right now and Chris has been on such a long tour, so he’s been very busy. So in terms of timing, who knows, But I hope we can do new songs. ~ Mike McCready
