I've hoped for a long time to see this happen. I'm a Pearl Jam nut, and a Les Paul nut, so I am pumped for this guitar!

That is awesome. If I bought one it would be to play though so I wouldn't want the autograph on the guitar.

The autograph will be on the back of the headstock, between the tuners. Hopefully it won't see much wear there while playing!

    $10k?

Exactly. I was entertaining the thought, since I always wanted to own a Les Paul. At 3 - 4, I would have been all in.

Love my Epi Les Paul. This one probably sounds awesome, but none of us here can play like McCready, so....

It is great and all...but the 59 that Mike bought a number of years ago looks way better than what Gibson will be able to produce. I just wish Mike would take it out on the road a bit more often like he said he wanted to do:

It's definitely expensive... but anyone should be able to beat MAP pricing by $1500 or more I would think. Still very expensive, but every little bit helps!

Pricing is in line with the VOS line already.

I was waited for ages for a McCready signature from either Gibson or Fender but this one is not for the average player. Unfortunately these instruments are for collectors only
