Awesome show, amazing crowd (for the most part), Ed seemed in great spirits.

Hurt and Ship Song made my night - after that it was all gravy.

I can not wait until tomorrow!

BTW - does anyone have Liam's set? We got there late thanks to the friggin Bears traffic and I'm just curious what we mised since we're big Liam fans.

    Thanks!

Crowd was great. You aren't going to find any crowd that doesn't yell out a little bit, and with 4k in the crowd, they behaved themselves. Ed told several LONG stories and got through them pretty easily. Ed was good at mixing in singalongs to keep the natives from getting restless. Ed was in great spirits. Crowd was fine.

I loved this show and had a smile on my face the whole time! ARC was awesome. I think I play the Ship Song on my guitar every other time I pick it up, so that was amazing to hear live. I also was driving up from Indy today thinking about how NIN and PJ never really mention each other, and then Bam! here comes Hurt. Just great.

Parting Ways with Liam was perfect. Their voices are great together.

I wish I could go tomorrow, but I think it is time to pull back from the multiple show thing.

EDIT: That song "All the Way" Might be TYAAM.

All the Way was the same Cubs song he played at the Vic. They screwed up Parting Ways. One of them thought it was TYAAM and the other started playing Parting Ways. I think it was Ed who screwed up. got a nice laugh from everyone.

  • such a great Fn show for some reason I was a little skeptical going in but that was great. Hurt was a perfect cover and ship song and porch really made my night.
