Ten Club, 10" wood crate please

Remember those two pesky fan club singles you put out? I have no real place to put these or my other 10" for that matter. I think it would be awesome to have a 10" crate that matches my 7" and 12".

    BroDart sells some good stuff. Run you less money too. I have a library grade box for my 45s that I decorated with PJ stickers.

    I would settle for the same manufacturer of the Pearl Jam crates, they would at least look the same for decorating purposes. Any one know who manufacturers them? I'd be curious if that company makes a 10" version.

    Really dislike 10" records to be honest. You can get special outer sleeves to fit but I don't have enough to warrant the expense. They are really awkward and a nuisance to store.

    I get annoyed when a band decides to release their new record in double 10" etc. Smaller cover art too.

    Agree, it's totally rubbish. Luckily I only have one in my collection IIRC.

    I don't understand what the difficulty is.
    I keep my 10" records with my 12" records.
    I simply cut a piece of cardboard to the same size as an LP, place that inside a plastic (or mylar) LP outer sleeve and slip the 10" record in there.
    That way the record is protected and is easy to find when I flip though my alphabetized LPs.

    I don't do the extra cardboard thing and do store them with my 12". Your idea is excellent, I think I'll steal it.

    Ive seen this done in shops etc. I just dont think that aesthetically they look as good which is just a personal thing. One of the draws of vinyl as well as the sound is the look of the big cover art.
