Show was pretty good. I got to meet Stone for a minute before the show when he was walking in. Very cool guy, just walked down the street with Barb Ireland, guitar in hand, no big deal. He chatted with another guy for a minute about ed and the new record. Said pretty much that they were going to take their time on this one, seemed very excited about it. Then he signed my yield cd and was on his way.
One of the other songs he played had the lyrics "If you loved me half as much as I love you" I wasn't really sure of any of the song titles.
Also someone yelled out asking the name of his new record and he laughed and said I don't know.
All in all it was awesome to see him singing and playing having a good time. Ed should let him sing more often.
And support the HDSA, great cause.
Wouldn't it be funny if the world ended in 2010, with lots of fire?

very cool show and thanks again for letting us sit at your table
Vince Mira was suprisingly good, and I was initally skeptical. You cant believe the voice that comes out of that kid.
Stone & Liz put together a nice event and were very gracious saying hello to all the fans and making themselves accessable. Stone told me they will be back again in NYC early November, so keep a heads up for that.
Also, Mira is playing in Brooklyn Oct 4th for anyone interested. He's definately worth checking out.

There's an old Curley Williams song called Half As Much that Emmylou did -- maybe Stone picked it up from her singing it at one of Neil's barbecues (oy.)
I'm hoping more people have more info as the day progresses, thanks to all who have posted so far. The Living Room has a thing up on its homepage that "coming soon" they will have downloads and video, I hope soon is soonest and this is one of the things. This sounds like a mind blowing night...

It has said that for well over a year, so you can stop hoping.
the show was video taped and recorded professionally. could be used as an upcoming package with stone's new cd or for a separate release going towards the hdsa cause.
i believe stone was referring to another solo event
yeah, that's what it sounds like

The return of the Martin Parlour Guitar! (The Martin Mini.)
Eddie was playing one on his tour, both these vids feature stone on the Mini, pretty sure it's a different one than Ed's... (Even though Ed admitted one of his Martin's was actually Stone's...)
