Can a TenClub order be cancelled?

Does anyone know if you can cancel an order once it has been placed? I have been trying to get hold of someone via email to cancel for about 1 week now but no reply or anything?

    I managed to cancel an order last year about a day after it was placed. No issues

    I believe you can cancel until the order ships, but it's a manual process. I've usually gotten a quick response from shipping@tenclub.net.

    ok thank you. Been trying to contact the tenclub for a week but no reply. Normally they are pretty quick to reply, but cannot seem to get any help this time

    Maybe cuz it's summer?
