Difference between using the promo code & purchasing without on Third Man?

I did not receive a promo code in my email. I contacted Ten Club, but am anxious to order this bundle. What is the difference in purchases?

    $15 and by tmr it would be auto renewed to keep subscription going. Where pj 10c subscription is one time only.

    If you have the third man vault tidal subscription you may forfeit the cheaper ongoing subscription rate. I kept my regular subscription active for that reason and ordered a spare using my ten club code.
