Screwed up with my bootleg coupon

My renewal was this week and I went and wasted my bootleg coupon on a show I already own (Philly II). Before anyone asks, it happened because I failed to add the show to my music library the first time I bought it.

I sent 10C an email but haven't heard back yet. Has anyone ever made this mistake and had it reversed?
