Girl Dancing Last Night with Ed- Megan?

Anyone have any idea who the girl was that was dancing with Ed on stage last night? Megan I think? Any idea what her story was and how she got to dance on stage?

    i heard "Katie" too. i didn't see how she got on the stage, but their dancing was funny to watch!

    I wouldnt call what she did dancing, but I am jealous.
    Tell the Captain the boats not safe were drowning, turns out he's the one making waves.

    Katie is actually the cousin of a friend of mine who told me about a month before the show that she was getting to the show and meeting the band through the make a wish foundation. He sent me this email about it tonight...

    "When you get a free moment check out my cousin Katie at the Hartford Pearl
    Jam Concert on 6/27/08....She requested this concert through the Make a
    wish foundation. Katie has heart problems and has since she was born. She
    is doing very well right now. Her whole family hung out with the band one
    on one after the show. I have a pair of signed Matt's drum-sticks from that
    night. He gave my cousin 20 pair. I'll tell you more down the road but in a
    nutshell the entire family said it was beyond awesome and that Vedder is
    the kindest man on the earth.

    Go to you-tube then punch in : Pearl Jam-Hartford-6.27.08-Leash

    You'll see my cousin around the 1:20 mark during a lead guitar
    session....at the end Vedder says..ladys and gentlemen our new friend
    Katie......"

    actually met Katie and her family the next night at Mansfield. They mentioned to the band they had lawn seats and the band geve them the row in front of me (about 24th row center). She is a cool kid. she had a pic of her and ed b4 hartford on her cell. her brother had a pic of him playin one of mikes guitars with mike looking on. Her mom seemed like a good fan enjoying the entire night. Katie was bouncing along to each show. i talked to them she didnt tell me why but that she asked make a wish to meet the band. they met with them at hartford and ed asked her what song she wanted to hear. she told them leash. and the whole family was struck at how nice the boys were. she never expected to be onstage as u can tell by the pictures. i hope she does well.

    The Make a Wish story makes this all so much better. What great guys the band is. :)

    she was seated next to me at hartford, she was there with another girl looked even younger then her, i thought it was weird a kid so young having these seats since i've been in the club since 96 that would make her about 4 when she joined, but then i saw her on stage later and knew she had to of known somebody

    glad to hear the nice story, hope everything turns out ok for her
    50+ shows and lost count somewhere along the way

    Eddie is a great guy.... Im sure we all remember the kid that was brought on stage during RITFW on the Touring Band 2k DVD anyone know what his condition was and how he is doingnow?
