Brian Wilson Pet Sounds Tour

I just saw him last night in Toronto, and could not believe just how phenomenal he and his band were. The poor guy is clearly so rattled from his years of substance abuse followed by mental illness (and those medications), but that music is timeless. If anyone has the chance to go to the show this tour, I'd highly recommend it. Best show I've seen in ages.

Caught the show in Boston at Symphony Hall with Boston Pops backing the first two sets.

    Amazing show!

Thanks for the reviews, guys. So good to know Brian Wilson is still out there doing his amazing music!
“The fear of death follows from the fear of life. A man [or woman] who lives fully is prepared to die at any time.”
Variously credited to Mark Twain or Edward Abbey.

He's a fragile 74 and played three sets and as many (or even more) songs than Pearl Jam.

For my dad and me, it was a magical evening. Brian was wiping away tears when Toronto gave him a standing ovation after God Only Knows, and then so was I.
