This is to tell me your favourite studio double album that fit these criteria:

-studio
-can be sequential/simultaneous releases, but had to have been recorded during the same sessions (Use Your Ilusion 1/2, Load/Reload, Kid A/Amnesiac, etc)
-not a greatest hits/b-sides/compilation/previously unreleased package
-not Lost Dogs
new album "Cigarettes" out Spring 2025!

It's a toss up between The Ballad of Boogie Christ Acts 1 and 2 by Joseph Arthur and Mellon Collie and the Infinite Sadness by the Smashing Pumpkins.

MC has some of my favourite tracks on it. Of any band, any album. But my god, some of it is just total filler, and indistinguishible from the rest. in my opinion, take all that extra out, make it a single album, you have one of the greatest albums of all time.

I've heard people say this, but I wholeheartedly disagree. I enjoy every single track on that album, it all flows perfectly, and I don't think there is a second of filler on it.
