MUSKOGEE, Oklahoma - The Muskogee County District Attorney confirms road rage suspect Aarick Caldwell is now in custody. He is charged with two counts of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and one count of leaving the scene of an injury accident, according to District Attorney Orvil Loge.
Police said Caldwell, a Fort Gibson resident, owns the truck that ran two teenagers off Highway 62 in May. Video shows the truck ram a car in the left-hand lane of the highway, sending it crashing into the right lane guard rail.
He's being held on a $30,000 bond.
