I was on TM the day after the voucher announcement and got rejected for all the shows in southern California for which I attempted to use voucher code even though they didn't show sold out. I counted and I have 12 apparently useless "Ticket Code" vouchers and a bunch of UPS and Discount codes too. The shows that I would maybe go see (if they were actually free) are of course now all out-of-vouchers. I wonder if this wasn't just of a ploy to get people to login to TM and browse for tickets. Maybe some bummed out suckers actually paid for the GA tix in their cart once their voucher code was not accepted?
Over the course of this week, over $10m worth of ticket vouchers have been redeemed and the eligible events have been closed. Please check back periodically for event listings as we anticipate making additional inventory available next week.

Better yet. Why couldn't they just let you use your voucher for any show up til 2020. They sure as hell didn't discriminate against screwing us for fees for all shows and locations, not just specific limited show and locations... Fuckers...

If a voucher is provided to an account user, they should have to honor it unless the holder voluntarily gives it up either by opting out or through the expiration date.

"Ticketmaster has agreed to pay $42 million, no less than $10.5 million a year over four years, in vouchers and credits to people. An estimated 57 million people have received $386 million in vouchers and discount codes" So... roughly 10% can actually be claimed. Not a great percentage.

Yes, so for future shows that have yet to go on sale are they going to allow us to use vouchers when they go on sale to the public, or are we going to have to buy tickets just in case or risk not buying tickets and waiting to see if they will accept vouchers?
You should be able to use the stupid vouchers for any GA ticket you want, at any time the tickets are still on sale. If you are awarded voucher and discount codes in the settlement, you should be able to use them. Simple right?

I've emailed them about not receiving any vouchers, asking why I have 0 when I've purchased tons of tickets in the allotted time and they keep responding with useless bullshit.
Pretty sure I didn't receive an email from those DBs. I saw some opportunities...should have snagged those KONGOS tickets for the Fillmore in Silver Spring. Got greedy, waited, and now stuck with this...

Exactly this. Another thing to consider is they just went by the purchase history on all accounts -- so all the scalper accounts that have been buying up tickets for years just essentially caught a windfall. Buy all the free tickets and throw them up on StubHub for 100% pure profit.

Yes, they received 17 vouchers per account, most likely. Go check out stubhub at some of the shows that were available on the list. A ton of GA lawn tickets going for cheap. Some shows have tickets as low as $11 each. Like you said, it's pure profit for them.
