Apparently Pearl Jam has nothing on Kanye's merch

For those complaining about the PJ merch hype... It could be worse. Apparently PJ is way behind when it comes to pop up shops and $400 denim jackets

BTW. I was at DMB show last night and the gig poster was around 11x17 and cost $50. We got nothing to complain about.

Thanks for posting - yet another example of...I'll be nice it's not my business what people wear but I wouldn't be buying that expensive shit because a celeb bought/wore it.

I just read a headline that Beyonce reportidly received $50 million to be the face of Pepsi.
Oh please let it rain today.

Best line that I read in it..

“Urgency and impulses is in style right now with kids. Because their attention span is so short, you have to be able to entertain within a six-second or 15-second span.” Which means grabbing and repurposing imagery they already know.

I see that happening all the time...

I wish more PJ posters were of the 11x17 size. more suitable for larger mats and frames. But, this is not a total complaint. PJ Merch is by far cheaper than other bands.

That article was way too long. I got through the first paragraph then just looked at the pictures. I guess I'm a millenial. Hahaha

I think that website has millenials in mind because they always put how long it will take you to read the article at the top of the page. If that's not a Millenial thing I don't know what is

Don't ever put Kanye in the same sentence as Pearl Jam. He is a money hungry, egomaniac, vain, piece of garbage. He doesn't deserve any more airtime, especially on a PJ forum.

Nothing wrong with disliking him but he's one of the most famous and recognizable people in the world for a reason. Anyone who works as hard as he does to be famous should be that famous. I don't like his music and I definitely don't like his attitude but the dude is a superstar in this world. Doesn't say much about our world, but it's true

Again, no need to promote Kanye and his self-serving agenda, especially on a PJ Forum. He may be famous but so is Jeffrey Dahmer.

He once blamed Pearl Jam for playing "too long" at Bonnaroo when he tried to pull an "Axl Rose" by showing up late and had completely lost the crowd. Most people were booing that clown off the stage.

“I got here at 10 p.m. last night. I put chairs down, and then I left, went to eat, and got a blowjob,” Avi, 17, rattled off on Sunday afternoon.

Dave is always great, to me at least. Haven't been disappointed yet. I'm not a die hard so I wouldn't ever find it spectacular, but I always enjoy it whenever I see him and I think he puts on a great show.

I got bruce tickets for August - really looking forward to that

Most of his posters are 18x24 but the reason they're $50 is because they're all numbered at the show. I saw him in OKC last month which was my 4th time and it was the first poster of his I've bought. I'm a casual fan but have friends that follow him like I do with PJ. 42nd show for one friend and 31st for the other. I was GA with their fan club tix and was about 10 people deep. Walked in about 20 min to show starting, so that was much nicer than waiting all day and then standing on the floor to be 2-4 deep. Didn't even buy the poster till after because I didn't want to hold it. Much different than PJ experience as far as that part goes. This was the best of the 4 that I had seen and it's his 25th year as well.
