Got this one hand delivered on Saturday by DD himself. (Thanks for grabbing it for me and saving it from the rain, Dave!) I love the poster and it was the ONLY Wrigley poster I would consider purchasing. I would have purchased "The Catch" if we had a Wrigley version.
My pleasure...had a BLAST hanging out with you and the whole family!!
Right back at you, my PJ brother! You can come up and visit anytime! No poster tube in hand required. (Though thank you for running a refurb on mine after the Wrigley monsoon hit it. Love the securing sticker additions!)
I went with New Orleans. Of the choices available, I thought it had the most relevance to the location. For me, the Fenway Thomas is the best of the lot. I don't own any posters, but would have bought this one if I attended that show. Was hoping for Wrigley posters of people in the bleachers and the scoreboard, each with a PJ theme - would have bought those.
Maybe it's too cartoonish, but that is a sight to behold in person. I love it & will eventually frame & hang it even though I wasn't at the show. Same for the Ottowa, I can't believe that's still in the shop.
Fenway Thomas is the best of '16 IMO, but I'm also biased: I'm a Sox fan & was at both shows.
K. Taylor Wrigley the winner here. As for most overrated, Sperry's Miami. I got it home, unraveled it and was underwhelmed compared to his other prints. The metallics just werent as good. Definitely no comparison to his PJ Sao Paulo poster from years back. It was good but not nearly the best of this tour.
And so you see, I have come to doubt All that I once held as true I stand alone without beliefs The only truth I know is you.

The colors really pop on this one. I love it
That's the best way to put it, the colors really pop, it's really impressive in person.

I agree on the Sperry print. Very overrated IMO.
The Klausen from Ft. Lauderdale has grown on me a lot. I imagine those colors look a lot better in person too.

What? No one had a love for the Hampton poster?
