ALACHD to iPod Touch

Sooooooo I was able to to get the Lexington ALACHD boot to my iTunes without any major snags, but now the album will not transfer (copy) from my iTunes to my iPod touch. Any suggestions out there as to what the problem is? Thanks.

iPods & iPhones are only built to play back at CD quality (44.1 kHz); they do not support HD files at 96 kHz. You'd be wasting a lot of disk space putting lossless files on an iPod touch anyway. Convert the files using your Import Settings in iTunes to 320k AAC and sync those up. If disk space on your iPod isn't a concern, you can convert them to regular Apple Lossless (ALAC).

Thanks, man! I'll give it a shot. I'm not really tech savy to begin with haha.
