legal question about official bootlegs

what bootlegs are cool to be shared freely? i plan to start a blog soon and was just wondering if it was legal to include songs from shows or full shows on the blog.

    I think all major retail/special* releases and the 2008(current issues) are offlimits but everyelse is good to share.

    *Benaroya Hall, Live on Two Legs, The Gorge*...i'm pretty sure those 3 are not to share. I'm not sure about Easy Street?

    i meant just like any given show. like lets say i wanted to post a song or something from the most recent tour. do u think thats kosher?

    I think that anything that's up for sale is off-limits. When the 08 boots are no longer available, I would imagine they would be fair game at that point. But I'm no legal expert. As said before, regardless of what anyone here says, I'd still check with 10C first, just to be safe.

    You can post audio from up to and including Lolla '07, I believe. Anything from '08 is off limits.
