    This morning, when the fire alarms went off in our building and we were standing out front to see what was what, a fire truck pulled up (only one, so I figured there was no true threat, thankfully), and four men got off, put on their gear - looked so heavy - went inside.

    Made me think of when they're not so fortunate to come upon an ultimately benign scene like ours was.

    So yeah, to those, like Rob, who have helped and continue to help keep us safe in times of fire and crisis and even when shit turns out OK in the end.
