Did PJ ever play a concert in Middle East?

I keep reading the at some point Pearl Jam played a concert in Dubai or Abu Dhabi. This is in relation to their canceling their NC concert due to the "Bathroom" bill. Can anyone confirm whether they played their or not? I have already Googled this and searched this forum, but cannot find anything that confirms this. No setlist, venue, date/time, etc. If anyone can confirm one way or the other, that would be great! Appreciate your feedback. Thanks!
